La Bourbon Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set out the terms of use for all services provided by La Bourbon (hereinafter referred to as "this Site"), which is operated by Gion Trading Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company"). By using this Site, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.


Article 1 (Application)

These terms and conditions apply to all relationships between users and our company regarding the use of this site.


Article 2 (Order/Conclusion of Contract)

  1. Orders can be placed on this website.
  2. We do not accept any cancellations or changes after an order has been placed.
  3. Pre-order and back-ordered items cannot be cancelled or refunded as inventory is secured and production begins after your order is placed.


Article 3 (Email reception settings)

  1. After placing your order, you will receive a message from info@la-bourbon.com.
  2. If you are using a carrier email address, you must allow domain-specific reception settings.
  3. We cannot be held responsible for any disadvantages caused by not taking your email into consideration.


Article 4 (Delivery and Delivery Dates)

  1. Normally, items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
  2. Items that are ordered may take approximately 1.5 to 2 months to arrive, while pre-ordered items may take a little longer.
  3. We cannot accept cancellations or refunds due to delivery dates.


Article 5 (Payment)

  1. Payment is required in advance and will be completed when you place your order.
  2. Available payment methods include credit cards, various electronic money, deferred payment (Paypal), carrier billing, PayPal, etc.
  3. Any fees incurred at the time of payment will be borne by the customer.


Article 6 (Products and Quality)

  1. As the products are imported from overseas, the sewing and quality may differ from Japanese standards.
  2. There may be some gaps between the product page photo and the actual product.
  3. We cannot accept returns or cancellations due to changes in product specifications.


Article 7 (Returns and Exchanges)

  1. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product and return it within 7 days.
  2. Returns and exchanges are not possible in the following cases:
    • After using the product
    • Deleting a tag
    • Different image, different size, delayed wearing date
    • Sales, lucky bags, and outlet items
    • Wrinkles on the product due to packaging


Article 8 (Out of stock)

  1. The item may be out of stock after you place your order.
  2. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email and process a refund according to your payment method.
  3. It may take 1 to 2 weeks for us to contact you.


Article 9 (Delivery, re-shipment, and refusal of delivery)

  1. If the item is not delivered or has been returned due to an incorrect address, it will be re-shipped at your expense.
  2. If more than one month has passed since you returned the product, we will not be able to reship, refund, or cancel the order.
  3. If you continue to refuse to accept the package, we will restrict your use of the package in the future.


Article 10 (Copyright and Trademark)

All images, text and designs on this site belong to our company or affiliated brands.


Article 11 (Disclaimer)

  1. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the site.
  2. The same applies to loss of opportunity due to product delays or shortages.


Article 12 (Changes to Terms and Conditions)

Any changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on this website.


Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan, and in the event of any dispute, the Sapporo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
