La Bourbon Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set out the terms of use for all services provided by La Bourbon (hereinafter referred to as "this Site"), which is operated by Gion Trading Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company"). By using this Site, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.


Article 1 (Application)

These terms and conditions apply to all relationships between users and our company regarding the use of this site.


Article 2 (Order/Conclusion of Contract)

  1. Orders can be placed on this website.
  2. We do not accept any cancellations or changes after an order has been placed.
  3. Pre-order and back-ordered items cannot be cancelled or refunded as inventory is secured and production begins after your order is placed.


Article 3 (Email reception settings)

  1. After placing your order, you will receive a message from info@la-bourbon.com.
  2. If you are using a carrier email address, you must allow domain-specific reception settings.
  3. We cannot be held responsible for any disadvantages caused by not taking your email into consideration.


Article 4 (Delivery and Delivery Dates)

  1. Normally, items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
  2. Items that are ordered may take approximately 1.5 to 2 months to arrive, while pre-ordered items may take a little longer.
  3. We cannot accept cancellations or refunds due to delivery dates.


Article 5 (Payment)

  1. Payment is required in advance and will be completed when you place your order.
  2. Available payment methods include credit cards, various electronic money, deferred payment (Paypal), carrier billing, PayPal, etc.
  3. Any fees incurred at the time of payment will be borne by the customer.


Article 6 (Products and Quality)

  1. As the products are imported from overseas, the sewing and quality may differ from Japanese standards.
  2. There may be some gaps between the product page photo and the actual product.
  3. We cannot accept returns or cancellations due to changes in product specifications.


Article 7 (Returns and Exchanges)

  1. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product and return it within 7 days.
  2. Returns and exchanges are not possible in the following cases:
    • After using the product
    • Deleting a tag
    • Different image, different size, delayed wearing date
    • Sales, lucky bags, and outlet items
    • Wrinkles on the product due to packaging


Article 8 (Out of stock)

  1. The item may be out of stock after you place your order.
  2. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email and process a refund according to your payment method.
  3. It may take 1 to 2 weeks for us to contact you.


Article 9 (Delivery, re-shipment, and refusal of delivery)

  1. If the item is not delivered or has been returned due to an incorrect address, it will be re-shipped at your expense.
  2. If more than one month has passed since you returned the product, we will not be able to reship, refund, or cancel the order.
  3. If you continue to refuse to accept the package, we will restrict your use of the package in the future.


Article 10 (Copyright and Trademark)

All images, text and designs on this site belong to our company or affiliated brands.


Article 11 (Disclaimer)

  1. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the site.
  2. The same applies to loss of opportunity due to product delays or shortages.


Article 12 (Changes to Terms and Conditions)

Any changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on this website.


Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan, and in the event of any dispute, the Sapporo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.

[About product arrangement]

  • Backordered and pre-ordered items are sourced from overseas brands . We regularly update product inventory, but depending on the timing of your order, we may not be able to fulfill your order due to the brand's circumstances or notice of discontinuation.
  • Please note that orders will be cancelled and refunded for items that are out of stock.
  • For convenience store and bank transfer payments, we will arrange for the product and secure stock after confirming your payment. Please note that there may be cases where the product is out of stock between the time you place your order and the time your payment is confirmed.
  • After completing your order, you will receive an order completion email automatically sent from info@la-bourbon.com .
    If you have not received the email, please check your spam folder as it may have been blocked or deleted by an email filter.
  • After receiving the automatic order completion email, we will send you an email confirming that the product has been arranged within 3 business days. This email will be sent to you as the sales contract is concluded, so please be sure to check the email to confirm that the product has been arranged . We will also contact you by email regarding any delays in delivery or other inquiries regarding your order.
  • If an abnormality is found during inspection at our overseas agency after the product has been ordered from an overseas brand, the product will be re-ordered.
  • Cancellations due to consideration of purchase are not accepted . Please place your order with plenty of time.
  • If you are in a hurry, please order items that are available for immediate delivery (limited sizes and colors available).

[Delivery time]

  • For back-ordered items (ordered and shipped from overseas)
    • Once your order is placed (and payment is confirmed), it will be delivered in approximately 15 to 30 days .
  • For pre-ordered and made-to-order items (ordered and shipped from overseas)
    • Please refer to the delivery estimates on each product page.
    • If you order an item that is on backorder while it is in the middle of being ordered, we will ship it all together once all the items are received.
    • Please refer to the User Guide for details and precautions regarding pre-order items .
  • For immediate delivery items
    • After placing your order (or after confirming payment for convenience store or bank transfer payments), your order will be shipped within 3 business days.
    • Orders placed at the same time as back-ordered items, pre-ordered items, or made-to-order items will be shipped separately.
    • Please refer to the User Guide for details and precautions regarding items available for immediate delivery .
  • Products that are ordered, pre-ordered, or made to order will be inspected by our agent, then shipped to us by international mail, where they will be inspected again in Japan before being delivered by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.
  • Because back-ordered and pre-ordered items are sourced from overseas, we are unable to respond to inquiries about specific delivery periods. If you would like your item delivered by a certain date, we recommend purchasing the item immediately.
  • Due to our contract with the delivery company, we are unable to instruct the delivery company to leave the package at the door or deliver it to a parcel box. Even if you request this when placing your order, we will be unable to accommodate your request.
  • Due to import/export procedures, it may take some time for the item to arrive in Japan.
  • If there is a delay beyond the scheduled date, we will contact you separately.
  • If the product cannot be delivered due to a long absence, an incorrect address, etc., the order will be canceled. Please refer to the Usage Guide for details.


[About order cancellations, returns, and exchanges]

  • We cannot accept any cancellations or changes to orders due to customer convenience.
  • * ( We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience (such as not considering the product at the time of purchase, the product being different from what you imagined, or the size not fitting, etc.) )
