If you do not receive an order email or an email informing you of a missing item, and your order is canceled

If you do not receive an email from us regarding your order, or if your order is canceled without receiving an email informing you of an out-of-stock item, we will contact you at the address below.

We will always contact you using the above address when you place an order or if there are any changes to the product, such as if a back-ordered item is out of stock.

Your order will not be suddenly cancelled.

If any of the above situations occur, please contact us.

Please be sure to check that you have received your order email, as there may be issues with the email sent at the time of shipment, such as the order email not being received .

We will not accept any refunds or cancellations for reasons such as not receiving an email.

When contacting us, please make sure to set up the following:

Ordered and pre-ordered items will take time to be delivered.

What are imported products from overseas?


All products are imported from overseas.

All products sold are subject to strict inspection by our buyers.
We purchase from overseas brands.

Only genuine products are available.



Product precautions

  • The product photos are samples and may differ from the actual product.
    We do not accept cancellations due to specification changes.
  • When importing goods, customs may open and inspect the contents of the goods.
  • In this case, the product may become scratched or stained.
  • Also, because the products are sewn overseas, they may not meet Japanese standards, unlike Japanese sewing.

About sewing

The ends of the thread have not been processed, so they may be long.
This is not a malfunction.

About the fabric pattern

The configuration may differ from the sample photo.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect print placement or dissatisfaction.


About buttonholes

Overseas products do not make buttonhole cuts after buttonhole processing.
*The above adjustments and processing are not performed during inspection.


About the chalk pen

There may be chalk marks left on the product you receive.
Please note that the chalk pens used overseas may be erased by heat.
Try heat treatment with an iron or similar.

About shipping

This is a purchased item, so we will ship it within 3-5 business days after payment.

For backordered and pre-ordered items, shipping times vary for each product.
Please check the shipping date listed on the product you ordered.
If not listed in the cart: Order (delivery will take approximately 1.5-2 months)


*The arrival time is an estimate. Items other than those in stock for immediate delivery will be shipped overseas, so the arrival time may be significantly delayed.

Matters regarding fees incurred at the time of payment


Any fees incurred at the time of payment will be borne by the customer.
Please note that even if the product is out of stock and the refund process is due, we will not refund the handling fee.

Product price for imported products


The price of all imported products includes the following:
  • Product price
  • Shipping costs, fees, and amounts from overseas to Japan
  • Inspection and other agency fees


If payment is not successful


If you are using a payment method that involves transferring to a payment site after placing an order and completing the payment process, the payment process may not be completed successfully if you change screens during the process.
In that case, we will reissue the payment URL, so please contact us using the inquiry form and include your order number and the fact that the payment process did not proceed normally.
Reissues will generally be handled the next day after your inquiry.
If we close pre-order items and you order immediately, we will not be able to send you the payment URL on the same day. In this case, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please place your order again.

If your smartphone carrier payment does not show "paid"


Due to the system limitations of the payment agency, smartphone carrier payments may not show as completed on your My Page.
Please rest assured that payment will be completed within 2 weeks to 1 month.

About receipts


If you require a receipt, please contact us using the inquiry form.
Please note that due to the system, we are unable to accept changes to the recipient's name or information.
Also , we do not reissue receipts.

When will you be notified if a product is out of stock?


Although we share inventory information with our overseas distributors and brands, there is a possibility that the product may be out of stock when we secure it after you place your order.
In that case, we will cancel and refund your order.



[Notification period for out-of-stock items]


Our overseas distributors will check the stock status of each brand before informing customers.
For this reason, it may take approximately 1-2 weeks for us to contact you. Thank you for your understanding.


[Payment amount for orders with discounts applied]


For orders where coupons or automatic discounts have been applied, the system will automatically calculate the discount amount for each item from the amount actually paid after the discount has been applied.
Refunds will be processed based on the discounted amount.


[Regarding refund methods in the event of cancellation]


■ Customers who pay with Shopify Payment, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or various credit cards
In either case, refunds are possible.
It may take up to two business days for the deposit to be processed, and then the payment processing company will need approximately 10 business days to process the refund, which will then be sent to your selected payment method.
■ Customers paying with Paypal
In both cases, refunds are being processed.
If the refund cannot be made normally due to reasons such as exceeding the deadline, we will contact you separately.
■ Customers paying with Paidy deferred payment
A negative amount will be charged to your Paidy account and will be offset against your next purchase.
If you would like an immediate cash refund, please contact Payde customer support.
Payde customer support will refund you via bank transfer.
You will not be notified when your refund has been processed, so please check MyPaidy.
■ Customers paying with smartphone carrier payment
Cancellations will be processed via the payment processing company.
The number of days until some repayments are made varies depending on your carrier, so please contact your carrier for specific dates.
If the payment processing company is unable to process the cancellations properly due to a miscommunication, we will refund you by bank transfer. You will be notified separately in that case.


About Shipping



Delivery company


We plan to ship mainly using Yamato Transport and Sagawa Express.

*You cannot choose the delivery company.
*If the total of the three sides of the item you are delivering exceeds 170 cm, it may be delivered by a different carrier.
*If you purchase relatively small items such as accessories or jewellery as pre-order items, we will send them via Click Post, Letter Pack, mail delivery, etc.

About gift wrapping


Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping.

Specify delivery date and time

Currently, we are unable to accept requests for delivery dates and times.

Regarding handling of non-delivery and address etc.


If you are not at home when your order is delivered, a notification slip will be left in your mailbox.
(Storage period varies depending on the delivery company)
Once the storage period has expired, the product will be automatically returned to us .

In addition, return shipping fees and administrative fees will be charged when re-shipping.
Please note that the item will be re-shipped after the above fee has been paid.
We will not accept any re-shipment of any products that have been returned to us more than one month ago.
In this case, we will process the product. Please note that we cannot accept any refunds or cancellations.

Rejection of receipt


Please note that if you refuse to accept the delivered product, we will not be able to refund, cancel or re-ship the product.

Furthermore, if you repeatedly refuse, we may ask you to refrain from using our website in the future.


Changing your address after placing an order


You can change your address before the shipping process.
Please contact us using the inquiry form, providing the following information:

Regarding shipping of products with different delivery dates

We will begin shipping products as they are ready.
Products with the same shipping date may be shipped together.

Returns and Exchanges


If there is a defect or shortage in the product you purchased, we will accept returns or exchanges.
As our current products are imported, we will accept returns and exchanges according to the following conditions.


Items not eligible for return or exchange


Please note that the following cases are not eligible for returns or exchanges .
  • Small scratches and stains (stains less than 1cm in size will not be accepted)
  • Due to the noticeable checks carried out during import, minor scratches and stains may occur.
  • Changes in specifications and size notation on product pages
  • All information on product pages, such as images and size charts, is sample information and may differ from the specifications of the actual product delivered.
  • Returns due to customer convenience
  • If the product is different from what you expected, the size does not fit, you made a mistake in your order, you are unsure how to wear it, or other reasons that are not to your liking
  • Sale items and outlet items
  • Pet supplies
  • Items worn once
  • Products with tags removed
  • If you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving the product, even if it is eligible for exchange
  • Even if the item is eligible for exchange, if you contact us within 3 days of receiving the item but do not complete the procedure within 7 days
  • Products that have been soiled by customers
  • Returns without prior notice or confirmation
  • The product you used
  • All products are deemed to have been used after being inspected upon arrival at our company.
  • Wrinkles on the product due to packaging


Items eligible for return or exchange


We will replace the product in the following cases.
If we have the item in stock, we will exchange it, if not we will refund you.
  • If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered
  • If the product is heavily soiled, damaged, or missing parts that cannot be repaired

*As we purchase products, there may be cases where the same product is out of stock. In that case, we will refund you.


Return and exchange procedures


Return validity period: Please contact us with the details below within 3 business days of receiving the product, and then return the product to us within 7 business days of receiving the product and contact us using the inquiry form . We will contact you as soon as we receive the product to let you know how to proceed.

Cancellation after placing an order


Once we receive your order, we reserve the stock and, in the case of pre-order items, begin production, so we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed.

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items, outlet items, or lucky bags after purchase.
